Requisitos mínimos
- Ensino Superior Completo;
- Experiência em Manufatura: Sólida bagagem profissional atuando em ambientes fabris/industriais.
- Gestão de Pessoas: Experiência ou disposição comprovada para priorizar o desenvolvimento e o bem-estar dos colaboradores.
ANALYST, ENGINEERING
Requisitos mínimos
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field;
- 1+ years of experience with R&D and development of mechanical components ;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Project Management Skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel;
- CAD Skills (Creo Preferred);
- Ability to understand simulation reports (FEM, FEA, CFD, CAD) and incorporate recommendations into design;
- Proficiency in English (reading, listening, writing and speaking);
ANALYST, ENGINEERING – MANAFACTURING
Requisitos mínimos
- Engineering bachelor’s degree;
- At least 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing process and/or internal logistics environments.
- CREA;
- Proven experience in engineering routine (specification, development and projects implementation and also cost takeout projects).
Habilidades e experiências desejáveis
- OPEx certifications and proficiency. Knowledge of WCM methodology is desirable.
- Data driven problem solving mindset;
- Have logical, analytical and creative thinking;
- Self motivation and curiosity;
