TEST ENGINEER
Requirements: Engineer Degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic; Experience in engine testing laboratory with emission measurement equipment; Experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance; Knowledge of automotive network (CAN) and after-treatment systems are a merit; Interest in engine development, combustion and emissions; Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written are required; Flexibility to work in the 2nd and 3rd shift.
Activities: Plan and communicate with other test engineers and customers in order to establish test plans; Preparation and instrumentation of engines or components inside the test cell; Test engines or components according to agreed test codes and time plan; Use advanced instruments for exhaust gas emissions and particulates, being able to perform an autonomous maintenance; Preliminary evaluation, validation and analysis of the test results and cycles, as well as being responsible for the quality of the tests; Be part of developing methods to improve efficiency of testing, test codes and section operational development; Report faults on test cells, measurements equipment and test objects according to established routines; Ensure that the work is carried out in efficient manner; Diagnostic on test product or the test cell in case of difficulty; Adjustment of data in ECU with engineering agreement, if necessary; Perform test cell maintenance / improvements activities in acc with the timeplan or the need.

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER – EATS
Requirements: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry Engineering Degree; Solid experience from similar job assignments; Fluent in English; EATS experience preferred.
Activities: The Component Engineer performs design studies and delivers solutions with cross-functional consideration; Set the components requirements using the System Engineering process; The Component Engineer plans releases of technical documentation; The Component Engineer participates in key project meetings and for example development/localization activities; Lead the development of the components (simulation needs, V&V plan, performance tests, design reviews, etc.); Release the design engineering documentation/solutions according to project time plan; Recommend design or system details to, and together with, the Global Component Responsible and the Group Manager.
Specific tasks related to Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (EATS): Support diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), diesel particulate filter (DPF), selective catalytic reduction (SCR), and ammonia slip catalyst (ASC) technologies for Start Projects and Maintenance; Support EATS aging and poisoning studies to understand various aging mechanisms; Support preparation of oven-aged and cell-aged components for OBD monitor demonstrations; Lead the activities to solve quality issues on the fuel system and ensure customer satisfaction; Work closely with suppliers of muffler canning, substrates, filters, and catalytic coatings; Work closely with other engineers involved with EATS calibration and OBD activities.
