Our client is a machinery multinational company.
The professional will: Install and commission machines on customer site; adjust and maintain machines according to standard documentation; Conduct on-site/off site Operational and Technical training for customer personnel; Perform troubleshooting services and general support on site by phone; Perform machine inspection during visits on customer factory; Install, set up and support through remote access when off site; Establish and maintain a continuous relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customers concerns and problems; Regular service reporting and e-mail correspondence via computer with main office.
We are looking for a professional that is: Fluent in English (mandatory); Graduation in Engineering (Mechanical or related areas); Capable to work under pressure; Capable to adapt in different cultures; Capable to act as an intermediate between Customer and Supplier; Able to diagnose and solve problems from non technical descriptions provided by their customers; Able to communicate properly with all customer hierarchical levels; Motivated and proactive.
