Possess a 40 Acre manufacturing factory located at Hu Nan Province, which has been well known as China’s No.1 large Cutting tools company. Its worldwide business activities are conducted through representation in Europe and North American.
Products are: Cutting Tools for metal cutting as well as components in cemented carbide and other hard materials. Tools for the mining and construction industries as well as various types of processing systems
We are now looking for more professionals to join us, expanding our International presence in North America, Brazil, Asia (Japan) and Indian.
Responsibility:
1 – Manage assigned area, grow new customers;
2 – Support and develop new business and open new markets for the sale of product line;
3 – Provide solutions that meet our customer demands, keep client’s satisfaction;
4 – Grow sales and the profitability for our Company;
5 – Maintain contact with assigned authorized distribution to promote and encourage the sale of our products through this channel of distribution. Evaluate authorized distributors and prospective distributors within territory;
6 – Through testing and evaluation, assists our customers in solving any tooling related production problem and, where possible, provides productivity improvements by the proper application of our products;
7 – Keep informed on competitor activities; gather and assess data and make observations. Recommend to Regional Sales Manager or Senior Regional Sales Manager any actions necessary to meet such activity;
8 – Meets established goals for sales volume and Administrative and sales expense, as well as for product Sales;
9 – You should be able to provide regional sales plan, perform and deliver the plan;
10 – Set up sales network and channels, make distributor/ franchiser plan;
11 – Provide communication opportunities for all company’s distributor / franchiser
12 – Provide support to all distributor/ franchiser on company’s behalf.
Requirements:
1 – Applied Science or Business degree in a related field is required, with two to three years job related experience or equivalent experience in a technical sales position.
2- You should have 2-3 years experiences in Machine tools or related technical sales
3 – Strong Interest in communication and sales
4 – Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
5 – Must be self-motivated and demonstrate good understanding of technology and have an industrial background
6 – You must also be cooperative and relationship-oriented, as well as able to network easily
7 – Employee must possess a current driver’s license
8 -Background checking is required
9 – Must have your Sales network and sales channel already In your assigned area of your country
10 – 2-8 years sales experiences or distributor management in related industry
