Perfil – Academic business or technical Fields; Strong sales and general management background; Strong leadership abilities to energize, inspire and empower people; Experience within Cutting Tool Industry; technical aptitude; Result driven, clear priority setting; Proactive, energetic, drive, dynamic personality; Strong emotional intelligence; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English.
Principais Responsabilidades – Operational execution of agreed strategies, guidelines, and objectives; Manage the sales business to achieve target margins and increase market share, in alignment with Product Area Management; Lead and develop the WSC team in accordance with Walter’s Management Principles, Code of Leadership, and Code of Conduct; Support the establishment and nurturing of customer relationships; among others.
